Meet AJ Arbilo
I’ve been supporting real estate professionals behind the scenes since 2015, first as a Virtual Admin and later as a Transaction Coordinator. Since moving into transaction coordination, I’ve managed more than 2,700 transaction files, including extensive experience with Colorado transactions.
That volume has given me a deep understanding of contract deadlines, document flow, compliance requirements, and the many moving parts involved in getting a transaction from contract to close. I’ve worked closely with agents and all the involved parties to help keep transactions organized and moving forward.
Today, I’m also a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey and New York, which gives me an added perspective on the demands agents face both behind the scenes and out in the field. My real estate education includes the SFR®, PSA®, MRP, and SRES® designations, reflecting my commitment to continued learning and professional service.
Before real estate, I spent more than a decade in customer service, technical support, workforce management, scheduling, and leadership. That experience shaped the way I work today: organized, detail-oriented, and focused on making complex processes easier for the people I support.
