7. How We Share Personal Information
We do not sell Personal Information. We also do not currently share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising or permit third-party advertising pixels on the Site for targeted advertising purposes.
We may disclose Personal Information when reasonably necessary to:
- service providers that help us operate the Site or our business, such as Wix (website hosting and Site functionality), Square (payment processing through separately issued invoices), scheduling tools, email and productivity providers, IT or cybersecurity providers, and similar vendors;
- professional advisors, insurers, accountants, attorneys, or other parties assisting with legitimate business, legal, compliance, or risk-management needs;
- governmental authorities, courts, law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required or permitted by law or legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property;
- a successor or potential successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards; or
- other parties when you direct us to do so or provide consent.
We may also use or disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, where permitted by law.
Third-party services have their own privacy and security practices. Their handling of Personal Information is governed by their applicable terms and privacy notices.
8. How We Protect Personal Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure. The Site is hosted by Wix and uses HTTPS/SSL and TLS encryption for data transmitted between a visitor’s browser and the Site. Wix also provides platform-level security measures and monitoring designed to protect hosted sites and data.
Our safeguards may include, as appropriate:
- access restrictions and account-security controls;
- data minimization and collection of information reasonably necessary for business purposes;
- confidentiality expectations for persons who are authorized to access Personal Information;
- use of third-party providers with security controls appropriate to the services they provide;
- periodic review of security practices and risks; and
- reasonable incident-response and business-continuity measures.
No method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Cookies, Analytics, Tracking Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies that may be placed by Wix and Site features or apps. Cookies and similar technologies may support core Site functionality and security, remember settings, support scheduling or member features, measure general Site performance and usage, diagnose technical issues, and improve the Site.
Nexus TC Solutions LLC may review website traffic and visitor activity through Wix’s built-in analytics tools. This may include general information such as page views, traffic sources, device type, approximate geographic location, and interactions with the Site.
At this time, Nexus TC Solutions LLC does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar third-party advertising or behavioral tracking tools on the Site, and we do not currently use third-party behavioral tracking for targeted advertising purposes.
If we later add non-essential analytics, advertising, tracking, or marketing technologies, we may update this Privacy Policy and provide notices or consent choices where required by applicable law.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through cookie-consent tools provided on the Site. Disabling certain cookies may affect Site functionality. Some browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no single universally accepted standard for responding to DNT signals, the Site may not respond to all DNT signals.
Nexus TC Solutions LLC does not currently accept or process payments directly through this Site. Clients may receive invoices through Square, a third-party payment processor, and may make payments using Square’s secure payment links.
10. Payment Information
Payment card information provided to Square is processed by Square in accordance with Square’s privacy and security practices. Nexus TC Solutions LLC does not store full credit or debit card numbers on this Site or on Wix website servers.
11. Data Retention
We retain Personal Information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide Services, maintain business and transaction records, comply with legal, tax, accounting, contractual, insurance, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the client relationship, and the reason it is maintained.
When Personal Information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete, anonymize, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
12. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you reside and whether a particular privacy law applies to Nexus TC Solutions LLC or the relevant processing activity, you may have rights concerning your Personal Information. These may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of certain Personal Information; to object to certain processing; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; or to opt out of certain uses of Personal Information.
Where applicable, you may also have rights relating to automated decision-making or profiling. Nexus TC Solutions LLC does not currently use solely automated decision-making through the Site that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning individuals.
We do not discriminate against individuals for exercising privacy rights granted by applicable law. To submit a privacy request, email info@nexustcsolutions.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may need to verify your identity or the authority of an authorized agent before completing a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
12.1 U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws, subject to statutory thresholds, exemptions, and other requirements. Because Nexus TC Solutions LLC does not currently sell Personal Information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, a sale/share opt-out mechanism may not be applicable to our current practices.
12.2 California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”)
CalOPPA stretches well beyond California to require any person or company that operates websites collecting Personal Information from California viewers/consumers to post a conspicuous privacy policy on its website stating exactly the information being collected and those individuals or companies with whom it is being shared. 13. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”)
The Site and Services are intended for business and professional audiences and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information online from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided Personal Information to us through the Site, please contact info@nexustcsolutions.com so we can review and, where appropriate, delete the information.
14. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003
We may use email to respond to inquiries, communicate with clients and prospective clients, send service-related information, and, where appropriate, send commercial or promotional communications. When we send commercial email subject to the CAN-SPAM Act, we intend to:
- use accurate sender information and non-deceptive subject lines;

15. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. Those third parties operate independently from Nexus TC Solutions LLC and may have their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review their privacy notices before providing Personal Information.
16. Security Incidents and Data Breach Response
If we become aware of a security incident involving Personal Information, we will investigate and take reasonable steps to contain and address the incident. Where notification is required, we will notify affected individuals, regulators, insurers, or other parties in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.
17. Changes to This Privacy Policy
