Frequently Asked Questions
Clear answers about transaction coordination, services, communication, and how Nexus works with real estate agents.
A Transaction Coordinator (TC) is a professional who manages the administrative details of a real estate transaction from contract to closing. The TC handles document management, deadline tracking, compliance, and communication with all parties involved, allowing the agent to focus on client representation and business growth.
A TC creates and organizes transaction files, confirms documents are signed, tracks deadlines, coordinates with other involved parties, manages document collection and uploads, ensures compliance with brokerage requirements, coordinates closing logistics, and archives completed files.
The agent remains responsible for all negotiations, contract decisions,
real estate advice, professional judgment, and client representation.Â
Nexus TC Solutions handles the administrative coordination, document management, deadline tracking, follow-up, compliance organization, and closing coordination.
For documentation and tracking purposes, transaction requests and updates should be sent by email. This creates a clear record of instructions and makes it easier to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Routine requests are generally processed within 24 hours. Mondays can be particularly busy because weekend correspondence is also being processed, but time-sensitive contract matters and upcoming deadlines are prioritized accordingly.
