By using the Site and/or selecting a Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years-old. Any use of, or access to, the Site and its Content by anyone under the age of 18 is unauthorized and in direct violation of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you access or use the Site on behalf of a brokerage, agency, company, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
By using the Site, you agree to the Terms & Conditions as stated herein, regardless of whether or not you have read these Terms & Conditions.

- Use the Site for an unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized purpose.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others; submit malicious code; or attempt to compromise the Site, its accounts, or systems.
- Collect information through scraping or automated means that unduly burden the Site, or impersonate Nexus or another person.
- Transmit spam, infringing materials, or confidential personal or transaction information through public-facing forms when a secure, approved channel has not been provided.
- Copy, sell, republish, or commercially exploit protected Site Content except as authorized in writing or permitted by law.
4. Professional Services Disclaimer
Nexus is a real estate transaction coordination and administrative support business. Website information is general in nature and is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, lending, title, appraisal, inspection, or brokerage advice. Nexus does not provide legal representation, act as an escrow holder, or independently make decisions reserved to licensed professionals or the parties to a real estate transaction. Real estate licensees, brokers, clients, and other professionals remain responsible for their own legal, contractual, regulatory, and fiduciary obligations.
Using the Site or contacting Nexus does not, by itself, establish a client relationship. Engagement and the scope of any Services must be confirmed separately in writing. Any real estate brokerage representation, if applicable, would require a distinct engagement through the appropriately licensed brokerage and is not created by this Site.
5. Scope of Website Terms and Separate Service Agreements
These Terms govern the Site and activities conducted through it. Any signed transaction coordination agreement, statement of work, or other written engagement between Nexus and a client governs the scope of Services, service fees, deadlines, responsibility allocations, confidentiality, cancellation, and disputes arising from that engagement. In the event of a conflict, that written agreement controls for the Services it covers. No Site description, testimonial, pricing example, or inquiry creates an obligation to accept or perform a file.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to change, amend, or otherwise alter these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice to you. When changes are made to these Terms & Conditions, we will update the “Updated on” date at the bottom of this page. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please do NOT use our Site, read or implement its Content, or Purchase or Download anything from us.
7. Links to Third-Party Websites
The Site may link to independent websites, software platforms, or payment processors. Links are provided for convenience and do not mean that we control or endorse those third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We are not responsible for their content, products, services, or security except to the extent required by law.
8. Intellectual Property Ownership
Nexus owns, or uses with permission, the Site Content, branding, and other intellectual property appearing on the Site. Copyright, trademark, and other laws may protect that material. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Site Content, client documents, or third-party content.
9. Limited License to You
We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to view the Site and download or print publicly available material solely for lawful personal or internal business reference. You may not remove ownership notices, represent Site Content as your own, resell templates or downloads, or redistribute substantial portions of our materials commercially without prior written consent, except as allowed by law.
10. Your Submissions and Transaction Materials
You represent that you have the right to provide any message, document, or information you submit. You give Nexus a limited right to receive, store, review, reproduce, and use submitted material only as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, operate the Site, perform authorized Services, comply with law, and administer our business, subject to any applicable written client agreement and Privacy Policy.
Submitting materials does not transfer ownership to Nexus and does not authorize us to publish confidential transaction documents, personal information, or client communications for marketing. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank credentials, wire instructions, or other especially sensitive transaction data through a general website contact form; use a channel we expressly approve for that purpose.
11. Access, Downloads, and Account Security
If the Site later makes downloads, portals, or password-protected material available, any access rights are limited to the intended user and the permitted purpose. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and promptly notifying us about suspected unauthorized access. Nexus may restrict use that threatens security or violates these Terms, subject to applicable law and separate contractual obligations.
12. Sharing the Site and Its Content
You may share a hyperlink to a public Site page provided you do not falsely imply endorsement or affiliation. To reproduce Content for advertising, training distribution, resale, or another commercial publication, request prior written permission at info@nexustcsolutions.com. Permission is not needed when an applicable legal exception permits use.
13. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Examples, testimonials, completion timelines, and descriptions of prior work illustrate individual circumstances and do not guarantee a closing, an approval, a result, a particular transaction timeline, or regulatory compliance. Transaction outcomes depend on parties, contracts, lenders, title providers, government offices, and other factors outside Nexus’s control.
14. Website Warranties and Availability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and publicly available Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of continuous availability, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. This provision does not eliminate any warranty or duty that cannot lawfully be disclaimed or any express commitment made in a signed service agreement.
15. No Waiver of Nonwaivable Rights
You acknowledge that reliance on general Site information is at your own discretion and that it may not address your particular transaction. Nothing in these Terms requires you to release claims for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other claim that applicable law does not allow a business to waive, and nothing excuses Nexus from obligations imposed by law or a controlling written agreement.
16. Accuracy, Errors, and Omissions
We strive to keep Site information reasonably accurate, but forms, market practices, laws, platform procedures, and deadlines may change. Descriptions, fees, and availability on the Site may contain typographical or other errors. Please confirm service terms directly with Nexus and verify transaction-specific legal, regulatory, or contractual requirements with the relevant licensed or qualified professional.
17. Refunds, Cancellation, and Service Concerns
Fees, invoices, cancellations, credits, and any refunds for transaction coordination Services are governed by the applicable signed service agreement and invoice terms. Unless a separate offer expressly states otherwise, the Site does not itself sell a standardized course, product, or subscription with a universal refund policy. For billing questions or a service concern, contact info@nexustcsolutions.com. Applicable statutory refund and payment rights remain unaffected.
18. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration Clause
If you have any complaint or should any issue arise in the use of the Site or Nexus TC Solution LLC’s Courses, Services, and/or Products, please contact us directly first by emailing Nexus at info@nexustcsolutions.com.
However, if we are unable to amicably resolve your dispute in that manner, you agree that you Nexus TC Solution LLC shall submit your dispute to binding arbitration with the American Arbitration Association, before an arbitrator that is mutually agreed upon, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association’s (“AAA”) rules.
By agreeing to this term, you hereby agree and understand that you’re waiving your right to a jury trial in court, which would otherwise be available to you if not for this Arbitration Clause. Should any arbitration hearing need to be held, it shall be held within Bergen County, New Jersey.
If the arbitrator issues an award and a judgment is made, the judgment will be binding and will be entered in court. The only award that can be issued to you is a refund of any payment made to Nexus TC Solutions LLC for the applicable Product or Service. You are not permitted to seek additional damages, including consequential or punitive damages.
19. Consent to Governing Law or Choice of Law
These Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and dispute arising out of either or both, shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
20. Consent to Jurisdiction
You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any Federal Court in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey or a state court located within Bergen County, State of New Jersey in connection with any matter arising out of these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, or as a result of your use, Download, or Purchase from the Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products.
21. Consent to Service
You hereby irrevocably agree that process may be served on you in any manner authorized by the Laws of the State of New Jersey for such persons, and you waive any objection which you might otherwise have to service of process under the laws of the State of New Jersey.
22. Payments and Purchases
If you engage Nexus for Services, we will specify the fee, timing, accepted payment methods, and any applicable taxes in the signed agreement, invoice, or other written payment instructions. Payment methods may include an approved electronic invoice, bank transfer, or other method specifically offered by Nexus. Merely submitting a contact form does not authorize a charge, and we do not charge a stored card or bank account on a recurring basis without the authorization required by law and the applicable payment terms.
If a payment is declined or disputed, we may seek clarification, collect amounts lawfully due, or take steps allowed by the controlling service agreement and applicable law. You retain any legitimate chargeback, billing-error, and other payment-dispute rights provided by law. Payment processors may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
23. Limitation of Liability
Nexus TC Solutions LLC is not responsible or liable in any way for any and all damages you receive directly or indirectly from your use, Purchase, or Download from our Site, Courses, Services, and/or Products. We do not assume liability for damages, injuries, harm, death, misuse of (or failure to properly use) information or documents, due to any act, or failure to act, of you or any business you own or operate, are employed by, or are in any way a part of. In no event shall we be liable to you for any indirect, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.
24. Defense and Indemnification
You shall, at all times, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nexus TC Solutions LLC and all of our shareholders, officers, members, affiliates, contractors, subcontractors, directors, assignees, employees, and licensees from and against all losses, damages, injuries, delays, deaths, lost profits, and expenses arising out of any proceeding (a) brought by either a third-party or by Nexus TC Solutions LLC (b) arising out of your breach of your obligations, representations, warranties, or covenants under these Terms & Conditions or the Privacy Policy; and (c) arising out of any alleged breach or negligence said to have been committed by Nexus TC Solutions LLC.
25. Suspension or Termination of Site Access
We may restrict or suspend access to the Site when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or material violations of these Terms. Such action does not automatically terminate a separate service agreement or eliminate accrued payment obligations or other rights under that agreement.
26. Privacy and Security
Please review the Privacy Policy posted on the Site for information about collection, use, sharing, retention, and protection of Personal Information. No online system can be guaranteed entirely secure. If you suspect that confidential transaction information was sent to an unintended recipient or that Site access has been compromised, contact us promptly using the information below.

28. Entire Agreement and Order of Precedence
These Terms, together with the applicable Site Privacy Policy and Disclaimer where expressly referenced, describe the rules governing Site access and use.
